How we research, write, and correct what we publish

How articles on the RaadCraft blog are researched, written, reviewed, and corrected, and how we handle sources and disclosure.

Who writes here

Every article is written by engineers at RaadCraft Solutions and published under a named author with a stated role. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles, or content supplied by third parties.

How we handle sources

Claims about the wider industry are attributed to a primary source and linked, so you can check them yourself. Where a source is published by a company that sells the thing it is describing, we say so in the text rather than presenting it as neutral market data.

We do not publish invented statistics, client outcomes, or credentials. If we cannot source a number, we leave it out rather than estimate one.

What we write about our own work

Articles about our own products describe what the software actually does today, not what is planned. Where a product has data-sharing behaviour, advertising, or other trade-offs, we describe them in the same article rather than in the footnotes.

Corrections and updates

Substantive corrections are made in place and the article's updated date changes to reflect it. Minor copy edits do not change that date. We do not silently rewrite an article's argument after publication; if our view changes, we say what changed and why.

AI and the writing process

We use AI tooling as part of drafting and editing, the same way we use it in engineering. Every article is fact-checked and reviewed by a person before publication, and the named author is accountable for what it says. No article is published from a raw generated draft.
